WOOD-Funeral services for Mrs. Irene Stevens Wood of Loganville, GA.,
will be held this (Wednesday) afternoon at the Loganville Christian
Church at 3 o'clock.  The Rev. Clarence Thomas will officiate.
Interment in Corinth Cemetery.  She is survived by her husband, Mr. William
Henry Wood, Jr; children, Mrs. W. L. Bennett, Miss Dorothy Wood
and Mr. Robert Wood of Loganville, GA; Mr. James L. Wood of Decatur,
GA.; sisters, Mrs. C. A. Garrett and Mrs. J. G. Rockmore of Loganville,
GA., and Mrs. Robbie Dial of Atlanta, Ga., and four grandchildren.
The remains will be placed in state at the church at 2:30 o'clock.
The following gentlemen will act as pallbearers and meet at the residence
at 2 o'clock; Messrs. L. B. Whitworth, W. L. Byrd, B. M. O'Kelly,
B. H. Brand, W. L. Briscoe, Ray N. Tuck.
