William F. Powers

Mr. William F. Powers, of Marbut Rd., Lithonia, passed away Sept. 7 in a private hospital. He is survived by his wife, one son, Mr. Clarence R. Anglin, Lithonia; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Daniel, Lithonia; Mrs. Addie Lou Hawk, Social Circle; three grandchildren, Miss Jill Anglin, Lithonia; Mr. Kenneth Anglin, Decatur; Mr. David Anglin, Atlanta; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 9, at 11 a.m. from Lithonia Baptist Church. Remains will be placed in state at 10:30. Rev. Charles W. Drake and Rev. Earl Stirewalt will officiate. Pallbearers will assemble at the church at 10:45 a.m. Interment, Lithonia City Cemetery, Cloud-Church Memorial Chapel, Lithonia.
