Capt W.H. Hanison
Atlanta, GA

My dear Sir:
Mrs. O.R. Persons is the widow whose home is in Talbot' but who does not live at home. Her children have all left her and she is compelled to stay around
with them. When she first made her application, she was here. Last winter, she was in F??, and was in such bad health that she could not come home. So I saw no ?? for her to lose the year. Two old soldiers have been after me to make application (who have never drawn_ but I did not have blanks. You sent me 2 blanks which have been used. O applied for 2 months, but you was too busy to send them. W W.H Drew won a very me??? case. E.R. Webb won ?? I thought, He went to Muscogee to make his proof of service and of his wounds. I presume he did not ?? as I have not rec'd his check. Congrarulate you on getting through once
more.
Very Truly Yours
