Jessey Clay to Samuel Clay, both of Oglethorpe County for #300 on North side of Little River in said county, beg. sugar tree on Jessey Clay’s line, on Clay’s line to Northington’s line to Stalling’s line, on Stalling’s line to Robert Martin’s line, on Martin’s line crossing Little River to William Martin, deceased’s line, on south side of river, on Martin’s line to William Easley’s line, on Easley’s line to red oak corner, on new marked tree line to post oak corner, on new marked trees line to red oak corner on Jessey Clay’s line, on Clay’s line to poplar on South side of Little River, up river to beginning, 162 acres
