Complaint for Land

Georgia, Lumpkin County
To the Superior Court of Said County,
The petition of B.H. Robinson shows that Mary Campbell of said County is in possession of a certain lot of land to wit No. Eleven hundred and Fifty-Six (1156) lying and being in the 11th District and first Section of Lumpkin County which your petitioner claims title, that said Mary Campbell refuses to deliver possession of said land to your petitioner or to pay him the rents issues and profits thereof; Wherefore your petitioner prays process may issue requiring the said Mary Campbell to be and appear at the next superior court to be held in and for said County to answer your petitioner's complaint.

The defendant Mary Campbell is hereby required in person or by attorney to be and appear at the Superior Court next to be held in and for the County aforesaid on the third Monday in October next then and there to answer the plaintiffs in an action of complaint for land as in default of such appearance said Court will Proceed thereon as to Justice may appertain, Witness the Honorable J.B. Estes Judge of said Court, this 14th day of September 1886.
