Mrs. Leola Cunningham Edmunds 83 widow of Mr. John T. Edmunds, died at her residence in Lincolnton early Sunday morning after an extended illness.

She was born in Lincoln County GA and was the daughter of the late George Cunningham and the late Emily Henderson Cunningham. She was a member of t Martin Crossroad Congregational Holiness Church.

Funeral; services will be conducted at 4 pm Monday at martin crossroad Congregational Holiness Church by the RE. Harmon Drake. the Rev. Starr Miller and the Rev. Henry Meadows. Burial will be in the Lincolnton Cemetery.

Survivors include one daughter Mrs. Agnes E Ashley Greenwood. SC. Roy Edmunds and Emmett Edmunds, Lincolnton, nine grandchildren; 20 great- grandchildren; and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Pearce Ashore, Manley Holloway, J. L. Norman, Lynn Crook, Jack Ferguson, Albert Boggs.
