MS. RUBY AILENE CONLEY – 72 - ( Hareld Gazette, April 3, 2014 ) 
Ms. Ruby Ailene Conley, of Barnesville passed away Thursday, April 3,2014 in an Upson County healthcare facility. A lifelong resident of Lamar County, she was the daughter of the late Mr. William Franklin Conley and the late Mrs. Susie Mae Harris Conley.
 Ms. Conley was also preceded in death by three sisters, Christine Smith, Sarah Cochran and Estelle Stephens; and by two brothers, David Conley and Wilbur Franklin Conley. Ms. Conley was a homemaker and a member of Midway Baptist Church.
 Survivors include her sisters, Susie Hickman, Flossie Cumbus and Jackie (and Quentin) Garner; one brother, Jimmy Conley; one brother-in-law, Marion Stephens; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services for Ms, Ruby Conley will be conducted Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Franklin Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Williams Funeral Home on Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 1 p.m. until the service hour.

MRS. EMILY CLARK CONLEY – 86 – Retired William Carter Co. -Herald Gazette, Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 )
 Mrs. Emily Conley, 86, of Milner passed away Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014 at Upson Regional Hospital. She was born Feb. 20, 1928 in Lamar County, daughter of the late John and Annie Vaughn Clark. Mrs. Conley was a member of Midway Baptist Church and taught Sunday school for 49 years. She retired from the William Carter Company.
 Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, John and Carol Conley of Griffin; grandchildren and their spouses, David and Lisa Dawson and Derek and Theresa Dawson, all of Barnesville, Dara and Daniel Wells of Hickory, N.C., Devin Dawson of Williamsburg, Va., and Darren and Laura Dawson of Griffin; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Powell and Bobbie Bankston; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Betty Clark, all of Barnesville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Aubrey David Conley; and a daughter, Pat Bryant.
 Services will be Monday at the Midway Baptist Church with Rev. David Dawson and Rev. Charles Johnson officiating. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery. The family was at her home and received friends at the funeral home Sunday evening.
