    Be sure to include as much information as you can:  i.e., SS#, death certificate or other proof that the individual is deceased, camp # if known, camp location if known. You should receive copies of all of the CCC records, listing next of kin, address, place & date of birth, education level, job assignments, signatures on enlistment records, location of the camp, and discharge information.  This service is FREE!
