Judge Richard H. Clark, one of the ablest jurists in the State died at his home 
in Atlanta on Sunday the 9th inst.  In the death of Judge Clark the whole State 
has suffered an irreparable loss.  Gov. Atkinson has appointed Judge John S. 
Candler to fill said vacancy.
