Mr and Mrs G H Tanner, Miss L M Tanner and will M Tanner are in New York at the Hotel wolcott, on their way to Europe. Mrs Eugene S Heath returns the last of the week to her home in Lincoln, Neb. Mr and Mrs Willaim Ragsdale have moved into a new apartment on East Avenue, between Jackson street and Boulevard. Mr and Mrs Edward Hall are guests of Mrs P H Todd. Mrs Charles Wolcott and daughter Sherley have returned after visiting relatives in several points in Virginia. Mr Marion Knowles is in the city. Mrs E C Chadwick and daughter, Marie, leave this week to visit friends in Savannah. They will return to Atlanta to continue their visit here before returning to their home in Washington, D C. Edwin, the young son of Mrs E A Kent, on Ponce de Leon Avenue, who has been ill with diptheria, is fast recovering. Misses Alice and Annie Richards left Thursday for Adairsville for a short visit to Miss Beech. They will return next week. Mrs Charles Wolcott, with her daughter Shirley, who have been visiting relatives in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia during the summer, has returned to her home in Inman Park. Mr J Albert Reed leaves Saturday for a two weeks stay in Jacksonville, Fla. Mrs Drew Handley, of Jacksonville, Fla., is the guest of her mother, Mrs Marshall. Mr and Mrs J H Smith and family have taken possession of their new home, 20 Argard Avenue, this week. Mr and Mrs Edward Hall will stop in St Louis, Pike's Peak, and Salt Lake City on their way to California. Mr and Mrs Edward Hall and children, who have been spending a few days with Dr and Mrs P H Todd, left Thursday afternoon for their future home in San Francisco. Miss Bessie Jones, who has been the guest of Miss Evalyne Mason, has returned to her home in Midville. Mr and Mrs J B Richards have taken possession of their new home at 105 Highland Avenue. Miss Mary Melone, who has been attending a house party in North Carolina, returned home Saturday. Mr Henry Robinson is home again after spending some time in North Carolina. Mr and Mrs W H Smith take possession of their new home, 20 Argard Avenue on September 1. Misses Aline and Annie Richard are now visiting the Misses Mobley in Social Circle. They will visit miss Veach in Adairsville before returning home. Mrs B B Hudgins and baby have returned to the city after a delightful visit to her sisters, Mrs Silvers and Mrs Case of Denver, Colo. To Miss Jessie Smith: Mrs John L Harper will entertain at an informal luncheon at her home on Chattahoochee Avenue today in honor of Miss Gertrude Bartlett's guest, Miss Jessie Smith, of Lineville, Ala.
