Hall yesterday afternoon, and to the Constitution reporter who dropped in to see those who remained in their regular places of business prevented by attending by some good reason, he was detained again and again to hear some story of the man's generosity and kindness. And among those who were not only high officials, but younger men in positions of minor importance who had some kindly personal recollection of Mr. Hall. At a meeting yesterday of a committee of the transportation club , the following resolutions were adopted: Inasmuch as, in, His wisdom, it has pleased the Devine Ruler of the universe to take from our midst our friend and companion, David G. Hall, a man whose sterling qualities and genial nature ever endeared him to his associates and whose untimely loss we deeply deplore. Be it Resolved, that we his friends of the Transportation Club of Atlanta of which he was an honored member, express to his sorrowing wife and daughter our profound sympathy and in their bereavement and that these resolutions be spread upon the records of the club and a copy of the same be duly presented to the family of our lamented associate.
