Will you please add this query to the list for Rome.I am searching for anyone working on the different Trammell families
that lived in the Rome, Floyd Co, Ga and Centre, Cherokee Co, Ala area. Specifically descendents of Thomas & Susan Trammell
from Lincoln Co, Ga who were in Chambers Co, Ala in 1850. I have been unable to find them on the 1860 census but think they
were in Cherokee Co, Al in 1860. Their son Wiley and daughter Susan Mathis were both in Centre P.O. Cherokee Co, Ala in 1860

household of son Hardy L. Trammell in 1870 in Rome Co, Ga.Many descendents of Thomas & Susan Trammell through their sons
Hardy L. & Dennis reside in Rome today. It is thought that Matilda Trammell who married Allen Barton in Lincoln Co, on

lines.
