T.J.Lewis Dead

The many friends in Rome, the former home, of Mr. T. J. Lewis will regret to learn that his death occurred on February 13th at Bary City, Texas. Among Mr. Lewis' relatives in Rome are his two nephews, Mr. Thomas Reese, and ex- Sheriff Dunehoo and brother-in-law, Mr. P.J. Kammerer who speaks feelingly of the loss of his comrade in-arms, during the Confederate war, he and Mr. Lewis having been dear friends before they became brothers-in-law.
