Mr. Green
James Henry Green, 68, Hapeville, died Saturday in an Atlanta hospital after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Green was born in the Big Texas Valley community, son of the late W.C. and Leila Burnes Green, and had lived in Rome prior to moving to Hapeville.
Local survivors include one son, Clayton Lee Green, four brothers, Varnell, Hoyt, Herman and Garland Green, all of Rome.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Hillcrest Cemetery, Hapeville.
