Mr. England
Frank L. England, 77, of 1 Poplar St. died Thursday morning at a Rome hospital.
Mr. England was born in Oglethorpe County, Sept. 20, 1918, son of the late Marvin Lewis England and Lelia Landrum England.
He was a member of West Rome Baptist Church and prior to retirement was employed at General Motors Company.
He was an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Emogene Sills England, to whom he was married Dec. 17, 1948; a daughter, Michelle Collins, Rome; a son, James Arthur Richardson, Marietta; a brother Mell England, Lithonia; four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church of Lithonia with Dr. Jim Martin officiating.
Interment will be at HillandDale Cemetery, Lithonia.
