Additional Comments: This large bible was published by A. J. Holman & Co, of Philadelphia in 1874. The inside cover in his own writing: "William Alford Longs Book February the 13 1875. William Alford was born in Crawford County, GA. Margaret Jessup was born in Bibb County, GA. They moved to Floyd County by the 1880's and raised their family there. Photocopies of these pages are available on request by internet. The bible is now in possession of Joy Leigh Davis Mosley in AL.
