Administrator's Sale. -- Agreeably to an order of the court of ordinary of
Fayette county, will, on the first Tuesday in December next, within the legal
hours, be sold, before the court-house door in Floyd county, lot number two
hundred and sixty-one in the twenty-second district of the third section
belonging to the estate of James Wilf, late of Fayette county, deceased, for the
benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms made known on the day
of sale. July 17, 1835.

Administrator's Sale. -- Pursuant to an order of
the inferior court of Fayette county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, will,
on the first Tuesday in January next, within the legal hours, be sold, before
the court-house door in the town of Campbellton, Campbell county, lot number
four hundred and forty-one in the eighteenth district of the second section now
Campbell county, belonging to the estate of James Steene, deceased, for the
benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms made known on the day
of sale. September 16, 1835.

Administrator's Sale. -- Pursuant to an order of
the inferior court of Fayette county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, will,
on the first Tuesday in December next, within the legal hours, be sold, before
the court-house door in the town of Macon, Bibb county, one undivided half of
lot number forty-eight in the fifth district of originally Houston but now Bibb
county, belonging to the estate of James Steene, deceased, for the benefit of
the heirs and creditors of said deceased. Terms made known on the day of sale.

January next, within the legal hours, be sold, at the courthouse door, in the
town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, lots of land, number one hundred and
forty-seven, lot number one hundred and seventy-three, part of lot number one
hundred and forty-six, and part of lot number one hundred and seventy-four, in
the fifth district of formerly Henry, now Fayette county, and two negro men, one
aged about thirty-eight years, the other about twenty-two, one boy about twelve,
one woman about forty, and a girl about five years old, (the widows dower being
reserved in the above land,) for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of
Jonathan Mann, late of Fayette county, deceased. Terms on the day of sale.

deceased, applies for letters of dismission from said estate,
These are, therefore, to cite and admonish all and singular the kindred and
creditors of said deceased to be and appear at my office, within the time
prescribed by law, to show at my office, within the time prescribed by law, to
show cause, if any exist, why said letters should not be granted.

Medoc Course.
The Fall Races over the Medoc Course, in Fayette county, near Fayetteville, will
commence on Tuesday the 2d of November next, and will continue five days.
First Day, sweepstake for colts three years old spring 1841 one mile heats,
Fifty Dollars entrance, half forfeit, to name and close by the 25th day of
October, three or more to make a race.
Second Day, two mile heats, free for any horse, mare or gelding, for the Jockey
Club purse of $150, entrance $25.
Third Day, three mile heats, for Jockey Club purse of 250 -- entrance $10.
Fourth Day, mile heats, best 3 in 5, for the entrance money of that day and the
two preceding days -- entrance $15
Fifty Day, mile heats, for untried saddle horses, for Saddle, Bridle and
Martingals, worth $50 -- entrance $10

NOTICE.
Isaac Crow left Fayetteville, Ga., about the first of April last, with a waggon
with five horses; two black horses with white in each of their foreheads,
supposed to be six years old -- one grey mare about ten years old -- and one
large bay horse about twelve years old -- and one brown colored mule about three
years old last spring. Said waggon is a blue colored four horse waggon. Said
Crow left for the purpose of carrying on the waggoning business for Samuel
Martin and Charles Graves, of the county of Fayette; said Crow is a common sized
man with black hair, and black eyes and dark skin -- and about 28 years old. Any
information given to the subscribers at Fayetteville, Ga., will be kindly
received, and the person giving such information will be liberally rewarded.

By virtue of an Order of the Court of Ordinary of Campbell county, will be sold
before the Court House door in the town of Fayetteville, lot of land, No. 39, in
the 7th Dist. of Fayette county, Ga., belonging to the orphans of Charles Haynes
deceased. Sold for the purpose of distribution. Terms made known on the day of
sale.
