Sheriffs Sales At Fayetteville, Fayette County, On the first Tuesday in December next, Will be sold between the usual hours of sale, the following property, viz: Lot No. 226 in the 5th district of originally Henry now Fayette county -- levied on as the property of George Davis, to satisfy a Fi. Fa. in favor of H. W. Jenkins for the use of James Graves -- property pointed out by said Graves. Oct. 20 Uriah Glass, Sheriff ----------------------------------------------------------- At the same time and place will be sold: One fourth part of lot of Land No. 187 in the 4th district of formerly Henry now Fayette county, being the north east corner of said lot -- levied on as the property of James Yarbrough, to satisfy a Fi Fa in favor of John Burk vs said Yarbrough. Lot of Land, No. 98 in the 7th district of Fayette county -- levied on as the property of Andrew Craig, to satisfy sundry executions, in favor of Henry B. Thompson and others vs said Craig -- property pointed out by said Craig -- levy made and returned to me by a constable. Three Negroes, Zeak a man about 21 years old, Patience a woman about 25 years old, and her son Charles about 3 years old -- levied on as the property of William Low, to satisfy a Fi Fa in favor of Thomas Betterton vs said Low and Stith H. At Fayetteville, Fayette County, On the first Tuesday in December next, Will be sold at the court house between the usual hours of sale, the following property, to wit: Lot No. 24 in the 9th district of Fayette county, whereon David Vann now lives -- levied on as the property of Counsel Fillingem, to satisfy a Fi Fa in favor of Avery Wheeler. Lot No. 160 in the 13th district of originally Henry now Fayette county, whereon Samuel Lorance now lives -- levied on as the property of Harmon Watson, to satisfy sundry Fi Fas in favor of John Burk vs said Watson. The East half of Lot No. 226 in the 4th district of originally Henry now Fayette county -- whereon John Williams now lives -- levied on as the property of Eldridge Millsaps, to satisfy two Fi Fas, one in favor of Joseph H. Cunningham, and one in favor of John Burk vs said Millsaps. One yellow Mare about 10 years old -- levied on as the property of Vincent Falkner, to satisfy a Fi Fa in favor of Peter Herrin. Two Stills, Caps and Worms, complete -- levied on as the property of Stephen Herd, to satisfy a Fi Fa in favor of Andrew Clark for the use of John Burke -- property pointed out by said Burke.
