STATE OF GEORGIA} This indenture made this the
FAYETTE COUNTY} eleventh day of October in
the year of ar Lord eighteen hundred and eighty seven between H S McLean
of the County of Coweta and State aforesaid of the one part and John Snead
of the County of Fayette of the other part. Witnesseth that the said H S
McLean for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt wherof
is hear by acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by
these preseants warrant and forever defend unto the said John Snead his heirs
and assigns all of that track or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
County of Fayette in the Sixth District of Fayette County contained two acres
being a part of Lot of land No 219 containing dwelling and out houses of
Alexander Reaves deceased bounded on South west by T H and L C McLean on north
by W H M Gay east by Public Road To have and to hold said track or parcel of
land unto him the said John Snead his heirs and assigns togeather with all and
singular the rights and encumbers and oppertunances therof to the same in any
manner? belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in
fee simple.

This indenture, made this 6th day of Oct. , in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Nine Hundred and Sixteen, between J M McLean of the State of Georgia, of
the County of Fayette, of the first part, and L C McLean of the State of
Georgia, of the County of Fayette, of the second part,
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Four Hundred Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, and convey, unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the Fourth Land District of Originally Henry now Fayette County, Ga.
And in the 495 district FM, said county, and being two thirds
undivided interest in twenty three acres more or less lying in the south portion
of the sixty five acres described in deed made by W T & T H McLean to J M
McLean, on Aug 17th – 1916, said twenty three acres bounded as follows, north by
J M McLean, east by lands of Mrs. F M Morris, south by lands owned by L C
McLean, west by J W Padgett, being in land lot No. 187.
The interest herein conveyed being 2/3 undivided interest in said lands, this
land having been willed by J F McLean to W T McLean, T H McLean and L C McLean,
said will appearing of record in office of Ordinary of Fayette Co, Ga. The said
grantor herein having before the
execution of this deed purchased the interest of said W T & T H McLean in this
land, and the grantee herein L C McLean already owning a one third undivided
interest in this land. It is understood that grantee is to have one acre around
the house now occupied by Mr. Dean, there
being a set off around the house containing one acre of land.
To Have and To Hold the said bargained premises, together with all and singular
the rights, members, and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or
in anywise appertaining to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of him the
said party of the second par his heirs and
assigns, forever, in fee simple.
And the said party of the first part, for himself his heirs, executors, and
administrators, will warrant and forever defend the right and title of the above
described property unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns, against the claims of all claims of all persons
whomsoever.
In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand

One FAYETTE COUNTY} thousand eight hundred and seventy three between William
F. McLane of the county and State aforesaid of the one part and
Martha Agnice Reaves of
the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William F. McLane for
and in consideration of the sum of fifteen dollars to him in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these preasants the receipt whereof is hearby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and does by these
preasants grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Martha Agnice Reaves her
heirs and assigns one acre more or
less of land containing dwelling house and other out buildings also garden and
patch west of the dwelling the same being a part of Lot No. 219 in the 495 G. N.
District the same being willed to me by my Father in his last Will and
Testament. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto her the said
Martha Agnice Reaves her heirs and assigns together with all and singular the
rights members and appertunances thereof to
the same in any manner belonging to her and their own proper use benefit and
behoof forever in fee simple.
And the said William F. McLane for himself his heirs executors and
administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Martha Agnice Reaves

Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar and other Valuable considerations, in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the
Fourth District of Fayette County, Georgia, and more particularly described as

the South line of said lot, and bounded on the North by a public road; on the
East by lands of Mrs. Emma Thompson; on the South by lands of Mrs. Emma Thompson
and on the West by a public road.
This being the same property that W. T. McLean conveyed to Miss Lizzie McLean in
a warranty deed appearing in Deed Book S, at page 251, Fayette County records.
Also, all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in said District, County
and State, and being Thirteen and One-half acres in the Southeast corner of land
lot Number 219, and Sixteen and One-half Acres, in the Northeast corner of land
lot Number 198, and both tracts aggregating
Thirty Acres, and bounded on the North by lands of S. Z. Stephens; on the East
by lands of Odd McLean and F. A. Sams; on the South by lands of the J. F. McLean
Estate and on the West by the public road and lands of Mrs. Emma Thompson.
This being the same property that W. T. McLean conveyed to Miss Elizabeth McLean
by warranty deed appearing in Deed Book S, at page 251, Fayette County records.
Miss Lizzie McLean and Miss Elizabeth McLean being one and the same person, and
being the person executing this conveyance. The first party is the sister of
second parties and makes this conveyance to them as a deed of gift.
To Have and To Hold the said bargained premises, together with all and singular
the rights, members, and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or
in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of them the
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever, in fee
simple.

aforesaid, witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of forty
dollars to them in hand paid, as executors aforesaid, does hereby sell and
convey unto the said L. C. McLane his heirs and assigns, a certain track of land
the same being the property of the estate of said deceased and situated in said
county to wit. Two Acres, being a part of land lot No. 219 containing dwelling

FAYETTE COUNTY} This indenture made the 30th day of January Eighteen hundred &
ninety one between W T & L C McLean of the county and State aforesaid of
the one part and W T McLean of the same place of the other part
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to
him in hand paid at and before the sealing and of these presence the receipt
wherof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the
said W T McLean his heirs and assigns all those tracts or parcels of land ling
and being in the Sixth District of said county and State described as follows.
Fourteen acres in the Southwest corner of lot of land No. two hundred and
nineteen, and twenty two acres in the Northwest corner of lot of land No one
hundred and ninety eight. to have and to hold said tracts of land to him the
said W T McLean his hiers and assigns togeather with all and singular the rights
encumbers and appertunances therof to the same in any manner belonging to his,
and their own proper use benefit and behalf forever in fee simple. And the said
W T & L C McLean for theirselves their heirs executors administrators the said
barganed premises unto the said W T McLean his heirs and assigns will warrant
and forever defend the rights and titles therof against themselves and against
the claims of all other persons whatever.
In witness wherof the said W T & L C McLean hath here unto set their hands and

dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold
and conveyed unto the said L C McLean his heirs and assigns all that tracts or
parcels of land laying and being in the Sixth District of Fayette County and
State of Georgia described as follows_ One and a half acres on the North line of
lot No. 198 and West of the public road, and one and one half acres in lot No.
219 on the South line of said lot and east of the public road, where the said L
C McLean now resides making in the agregate three acres to have and to hold said
tracts or parcels of land unto him the said L C McLean his hiers and assigns
together with all and singular the rights encumbers and oppertunances therof to
the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and
behoof forever in fee Simple. And the said W T & L C McLean for themselves their
heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said L C
McLean heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and titles
therof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatever.

STATE OF GEORGIA
FAYETTE COUNTY
This indenture made this the 29th day of December one thousand eight hundred and
ninety six between W T McLean of the county and State aforesaid of the first
part and L C McLean of the same place of the second part Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presence
the receipt wherof is
hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presence does grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in
the county of Fayette and State of Georgia seven acres of land near the North
line of lot of land No one hundred ninety eight (198) in the sixth District of
said county and State containing seven acres bounded on the North by land of
Charles Martin on the South by lands of J F McLean on West by land of W T McLean
to have and to hold the said bargained premises togeather with all and singular
rights encumbers and oppertunances therof to the same being belonging or in any
wise appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever in fee
simple. And the said party of the first part for himself his hiers executors and
adminstrators will warrant
and forever defend the rights and title of the above described property unto the
said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns against the claims of all other persons whomesoever.
