William Pate are held and firmly bound unto thir Honors the Judges of this Court
of Ordinary for said County & thir Livesso?s in office in the Just and full
sum of Twenty five hundred 3 hundred Dollars for the payment of which sum to the
said Judges & thir L???eso??? in office we bind ourselves our heirs, Executors &
administrators jointly & severly firmly by thes presents selaed with our seal
and dated this the 4 September 1826 -
The Conditions of the above obligation
is such that whereas the said Neal Moses is this day appointed guardian to James
Grayham orphan of James Grayham decd now if the said Neal Moses do well & Truly
demean himself as guardian aforesaid
Agreeable to Letters of guardinship

entered up at a justice court held at the House of James Laye(?) on the 11th day
of June 1832 in favour of T. F. Page against William Milsaps hereof. Said note given
