Kelley's Chapel Cemetery Inscriptions DeKalb County, GA KELLEY’S CHAPEL CEMETERY This cemetery is at the corner of Kelley’s Chapel Road and Flat Shoals Rd next to the Kelley’s Chapel Methodist Church. It is a small well maintained cemetery with the earliest grave dating back to late 1800’s. The transcription begins at the far left corner and moves in rows.
