Sex - Male or Female
Age at last birthday, in fraction if less than one year
Month born, if born within the census year
Relationship to head of family
Columns to check for marital status - married, single, widowed, divorced, and a column to
check if married during the year
Profession, Occupation or Trade of each male person over 16
Number of months unemployed during census year
If the person was sick or temporarily disabled on the day of enumerator's visit, and if
so, what the sickness was
Columns to check if blind, deaf and dumb, idiotic, insane, maimed, crippled, or bedridden
Columns to check for those who attended school this year, can't read, can't write
Place of birth
Father's place of birth
Mother's place of birth
