Finished laying by granpaps corn and cloudy and cool day.

Commend laying by my new ground cloudy.

Plowed in my new ground.

sabath day went to church to day Mr. Whitley preached from the 3rd chapter of Malachi and the 18th verse.

Plowed to day clear - grated some to day and have been at it for some time.

Plowed to day in the new ground clear day.

Plowed in the new ground -very dry and warm.

Commenced thrashing wheat to day thrashed William Mequgts wheat 20 & 1/2 bushels no rain

Plowed to day -their has been a grate deal of rain went round for some dayes but we are very dry.

Finished plowing corn to day by 12 oclock we had a fine rain this evening.

Sabath day at home to day rain to day.

Haled wheat to day and thrashed 13 bushels-a grate deal of rain went to mill in the evening.

Returned home from mill and cut oats clear day and warm.

Cut oats to day -very warm.

Cut oats to day and thrashed John Whitleys wheat 6 bu.

17. Finished cutting oats clear

Receipt to preserve cider take a pint of pulverized charcoal and put it in a barel of new cider and the cider will never ferment never contain any intoxicating quality and become more palatable the longer it is kept.

Sabath day pap and me wint to John M Lartys but no one at home.

Thrashed Entricans and M Kelvys wheat 41 bushels.

Haled in granpaps wheat and thrashed some first rate -rain to day.

Cleaned up granpaps wheat he had 73 bushels no rain

Thrashed my wheat 26 bushels and thrashed some for Entrycan and M Kelvy cloudy but no rain

Thrashed balance of Mr. Entrican and M Kelvys wheat 33 bushels rain to day -- masured my wheat to day 39 bushels.

Went to Wilsons and got my mair shodstayed thre all night very hevy rains today.

Sabath at home to day I had the headake in the forenoon very bad not much rain.

Worked my apple trees to day a hard dayes work cloudy

Halled oats to day no rain

Went to Smiths Mill-returned home at night

Bilt some fence and thrashed some for Jackson Bagget cloudy and cold and some rain

Thrashed the balance of Jackson Baggets wheat-he had 17 bushels.

Went to Vilarica to day left my cloath with the Mr. Patterson. Their was preaching their and (fining-pining ?) for burning a negro mansome drinkind and some wanting to fight and some at one thing and some at anothera grate deal of wickness going on Employed every day of month.
