This small, but well-kept cemetery is on the property of the Dunklin Memorial Church and Camp, located on SR714 west of I-95 on the road formerly known as The Martin Grade. The road, recently paved, is a connecting road from Stuart and Palm City to the communities of western Martin County.
The cemetery is under the supervision of the Dunklin Memorial Church, a part of the D.M.C. Ministries catering to programs involving alcohol and drug regeneration, discipleship, and ministry training. Open to all nationalities, creeds, and religions, the cemetery also includes a small nearby area known as Gethsemane and identified by the letter "G" in the descriptions in the database. This garden-like memorial site is situated a short distance away on SR714.
The earliest burial appears to be c1970 and there are a total of approximately 30 marked graves. The Martin County Genealogical Society's Cemetery Committee wishes to thank the Board of Directors of the D.M.C. Ministries and, in particular, Mickey Evans (the Founder) for their assistance in recording the information found herein.
