Line 2: I.F. Blair is Isaac Franklin Blair. From his confederate pension records, he was born in Monroe County, Georgia.
Line 3: Mary Ann Blair is a sister of the neighbor on line #7:Theophilus Williams.  Their parents are Abner Williams and Rachel Weaver.  Abner and children are listed with his second wife, Sarah Jane Holton, in the 1850 Montgomery county, Alabama census. They were also mentioned in their father's will.  Isaac Franklin Blair and Mary Ann Williams were married 4 Aug 1852 in Montgomery county, Alabama.  The Blair family later moved to Oxford, Sumter, Florida.
