Will of Henry Symons 5th February 1773

5th February 1773

The Will of one Henry Symons lately deced proved in Common form before the Revd John Baron Clk Mr of Arts Surrogate

And Admion of the Goods of the said deced of all things howsoever concerning the said Will was granted to the Exe. therein named & being first Sworn & Saving & N I

 

In the name of God Amen I Henry Symons of the parish of Ruanlanyhorne in the County of Cornwall Yeoman being of a sound and disposing Mind memory and Understanding (Thanks be to Almighty God for the same) do amke and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner and Form following hereby revoking all former Wills by me any time heretoforemade either by Word or in Writing.

First     I Give and bequeath unto my Sister Thomazine Bond the Sum of Ten pounds to be paid her by my Executor hereinafter within Twelve months next after my Decease.

Item     I Give and bequeath unto Mrs Florence James of Treswithen within the parish of Verryan Widow the Sum of Five pounds to be discounted and Allowed her by my Executor hereinafter named out of the Sum of Ten pounds Which she now owes me by Note of Hand.

Item     I Give to the poor of the aforesaid parish of Ruanlanyhorne the Sum of One pound and Ten Shillings to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named within Three Months next after my Decease.

Lastly   All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Messuages and Tenements Goods or Chattels or what nature or Kind soever the same be or wheresoever situate (after payment of my Just Debts, Legacys above mentioned and funeral Expences) I Do demise and bequeath unto my Nephew Francis Symons of the Borough of Tregony Sadler Whom I do hereby make, nominate, Constitute and appoint Whole and Soley Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal this Twenty second Day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and sixty seven.
