Nouerint vniuersi per presentes Elizabeth Crocker parish of Ruan Lanihorne in Counte Cornwal and of John Verman parish of Lamorran in Cornwall parish clergyman teners & firmiter obligari Jasper Phillipps Actinniro Arclinalas Cornnefido in mills libris bone & legalis monete Anglie soluendis eidem Willmo Parker Executoribus administratoribus siue assignatis fuis : ad quam quidem solutionem bene & fideliter faciendum obligamus nos & Qudiu libet nostrum per se pro toto & in solido Heredes Executores & Administratores nostros firmiter per presentes sigillis nostris figillat : datum quinte die mensis February Anno Regni Domini nostril Caroli Dei gracia Anglie Regis Domino nonc Anno Dm 1666
The condition of this present obligation is sauch that if the above bounden Elizabeth Crocker the relict and administrator of all and singular the goods chattels and debts of James Crocker late of the parish of Ruan Lanihorne in the said County .. doe well and truly administer these goods chattels and debts according to law and also make and doe make or cause to be also a true & just and perfect account of and upon the said Admon at all time and times when she … thereunto lawfully required and especially on this side the last Daue January next coming and all such goods chattels and debts as remaine and be founde due upon the account being examined and allowed doe well and truly administer deliver the same in such manner and forme as by any competent judge of its archdeaconry shall be limited and appointed and finally doe defend saue and keepe harmelesse the said Mr Jasper Phillipps his successors officers and ministers against all persons whatsoever for granting and committing the said Admon and without fraude or delay that then this present obligacon to be void or else be presland and be in force
