Daniel Blamy 8th August 1789

 

In the Name of God Amen I Daniel Blamy of the parish of Ruanlanihorn in the County of Cornwall being in perfect health and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following First I will that all my debts and legacies be paid by my Executor hereinafter named.

Item I give unto my Brother Richard Blamy the sum of five pounds to buy him a mourning suit.

Item I give unto my cousin Judith Roskilly the sum of five pounds

Item I give unto my cousin Elizabeth Roskilly the sum of five pounds

Item I give unto my niece Nancy Treweek the sum of five pounds to buy her mournings and after my Executors decease hereinafter named all my Goods and Chattels of what kind or sort soever to the said Nancy Treweek

Lastly I give and bequeath unto my Brother Samuel Blamy all the remainder of my monies goods and Chattels of what kind or sort soever and I do constitute and appoint him my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

On the twenty eighth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six Admon with the Will annexed of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Daniel Blamy formerly of Ruanlanihorn in the County of Cornwall but late of Northward in the parish of Beerferris in the County of Devon deceased was granted to Nancy Foote formerly Treweek (wife of John Walter Foote Esquire) the niece of the deceased and Residuary Legatee substituted in the said Will she having been first sworn by commission duly to administer Samuel Blamy the Brother of the deceased sole Executor and Residuary Legatee for life named in the said Will dying in the lifetime of the Testator

 

On the fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven admon with the Will annexed of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Daniel Blamy formerly of Ruanlanihorn in the County of Cornwall but late of Northward in the parish of Beerferris in the County of Devon deceased left unadministered by Mary Foote deceased whilst being the niece of the deceased and Residuary Legatee substituted in the said Will since also deceased was granted to John Walter Foote Esquire the husband of and Administrator of the Goods of the said Nancy Foote having been first sworn duly to administer Brother Samuel Blamy the brother of the said sole executor and Residuary Legatee for life named in the said Will dying in the lifetime of the said Testator.

 

On 4th April 1811 Admon with the Will annexed of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Daniel Blamy formerly of Ruanlanihorn in the County of Cornwall but late of Northward in the Parish of Beerferris in the County of Devon Deced left unadministered as well by Nancy Foot (formerly Treweek otherwise Treweck) wife of John Walter Foot Esquire) also deced whilst living the niece the Residuary Legatee substituted in the said Will as also by the said John Walter Foot Esquire also deced whilst living the husband and Admon of the Goods of the said Nancy Foot deced was granted to Jane Husband Spinster the Administrator of the Goods unadministered of the same Nancy Foot deced being first sworn by Commission duly to administer Samuel Blamy the brother sole Executor and Residuary Legatee for deced in the lifetime of the said Testator
