Samuel Blamey 28th March 1827
In the name of God Amen I Samuel Blamey being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament that is to say
I give unto my wife Jane Blamey and Mr Zacharias
Langdon of Calendra in the parish of Veryan after paying all my just debts all
any property real and persona that is to say all my lands and tenements in the
parish of St Kew Occupired by Mr Saml Worden Wm Thomas & Wm Mathew
In Trust for my Three children that is to say
Frances Blamey, Oliva Blamey & Azias L Blamey and Samuell Blamey until the be
Twenty one years of age, my wife if she remains un married to receive for
herselfe six five pounds a year so long as she remains unmarried and no
longer then all the rest residue & remainder of any afore said lands and
tenements be it wharesoever or whatsoever
I give to my afore said children equally between them share and share alike and their issue for even if my children should all die without issue then I give the afore said lands to Saml Blamey my brother Johns son & Saml Thomas my sister Catherines son share and share alike
If my wife married her power in trust to cease also and Mr Langdon to take the whole trust on himselfe for my children aforesaid and I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made and acknowledging this to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of March one thousand eight hundred and twenty one

I do herewith do away with my wifes acting as a trustee for my children in consequence of her labouring under a mental derangement and do appoint my brother Nicholas Blamey as trustee with Mr Zhs Langdon as above mentioned.
