Nicholas Blamey  10th May 1790

 

In the name of God Amen I Nicholas Blamy of the Parish of Ruanlanihorn in the County of Cornwall yeoman being in perfect health and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following

Imprims I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God hopeing through the merits of my blessed saviour and redeemer Jesus Christ to obtain a glorous resurrection my body I commit to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors hereafter mentioned

Item I give unto to my sister Mary Carkeek the sum of one shilling 

Item I give to my brother Richard Blamy the sum of twenty pound to be paid in one year after my decease and twelve pound a year out of my estate & allow or grant demean during his natural life by four equal quarterly payments to nil the 25 day of March the 24 day of June the 29 day of September and the 25 day of December the first payment the first quarter after my decease 

Item I give to the poor of the parish of Ruanlanihorn the sum of forty shillings to be given the Christmas after my decease

Item I give to my brother Daniel Blamy and my brother Samuel Blamy and my sister Margaret Blamy all my goods and chattels of what kind or sort soever they paying all my debts and legacies and I do hereby make and appoint the said Daniel Blamy Samuel Blamy and Margaret only brothers and sister the joint executors of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
