- The Anglican parish church is dedicated to Saint Michael.
- The original church here is thought to date to pre-1583.
- The church was rebuilt in stone in 1849-50.
- The 1949 series "The King's England" by Arthur MEES advises that Driby had "a little stone church completely rebuilt last century".

This village and parish are 4 miles west of Alford and 6 miles north of Spilsby. The parish covers just under 1,400 acres.
