This is the last Will and Testament of one Thomas Leedham of Coton in the Elms in the County of Derby made Sept 2 1905 All my estate I hereby …??? ??? ????………..After paying my just debts & funeral expenses the proceeds of its sale are to be divided in equal shares between all my surviving Children.
