from London Apr 11 1638 on ship "Susan and Ellen", arrived Boston
Jul 17 1638. It is thought he stayed about one year at Dorchester
MA, in the Windsor CT records it's recorded that on Feb 2 1639 he
was granted 21 acres of land which included the site of the 1st
English settlement in CT. Brought five sons and three daughters to
CT, it's thought that Rev. Ephriam Huet (arrived in Windsor Aug 17
1639) came with him. Joseph lived at the mouth of Farmington River
