DENTIST FINED IN BLACKOUT
Refused to Turn Out Lights While Patient Was in Chair
RUTHERFORD, N. J., Nov 24 (AP) -- Dr. William J. Lutton of 19 Park Avenue, a dentist, who refused to black out his office while he had a patient in the chair during an air raid test two weeks ago, was fined $27 last night by Recorder Allan C. Mathais. He said he would appeal.
