  Brothers, Charles and George were prominent business men, successful in the fruit-canning business

 in NW Arkansas.

 Charles was killed in a train-car accident in Westville, Oklahoma, across the state line from Fayetteville.

 

 George died of a heart attack on his 79th birthday.  He was found in the yard of the family home where he 

had gone to bring-in the evening paper.

 

 Gertrude Baylor was the widow of her first husband, Dink Taylor, who died of appendicitis.  Her maiden 

name was Baylor.  She was a step-sister to Myrt Florence, George's first wife.

  Joseph David Mitchell, Jr. was in the canning business.  

  John Fogleman served as Chief  Justice,  Arkansas Supreme Court.

  Almon White Manlove was a West Point graduate and career Army.  He and his wife, Marion,  were at 

  Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941.

  Paul Young, Jr. was a Fayetteville Architect.
