Thursday 6th September 1781
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt.
Henry Gaither of the 4th Regiment one hundred and
seventy eight pounds, seventeen Shillings and six pence of the
Bills emitted under the Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit
not exceeding 200,000£s &ca of the
money appropriated for the present Campaign per Account passed by
the Depy Audr That the said Treasurer pay
to William Robertson fifty six pounds three shillings of the same
Emission of the money aforesaid per Account passed by the
Depy Aud. That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Hill
four pounds five shillings of the same Emission, of the money
aforesaid for rations per Acct passd by D.
Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Edward Compton,
eight pounds, five shillings of the same Emission, of the money
aforesaid for stores on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Robertson four
hundred and fifty pounds of the same Emission, of the money
aforesaid to be delivered over to Thomas Richardson Commissary of
Montgomery County to be expended in the Purchase of Forage and
Accounted for. That the said Treasurer pay to John Dove four
Pounds fourteen shillings and six pence of the same Emission of
the money aforesaid per Account passed by the Depy
Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to John Welch three thousand
six hundred and fifty pounds of the same Emission, of the money
afore- said to be delivered over as follows eleven hundred
pounds to Benja Griffith Esqr Commissary of
Baltimore County, eight hundred pounds to Richard Dallam
Esqr Commy of Harford County, nine hundred
& fifty pounds to Baruch Williams Esqr
Commy of Cecil County & Eight hundred pounds to
John Voorhees Commy of Kent County for the use of
their Department on Account.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Cassandra
Ducker, one hundred and forty three pounds, sixteen shillings and
three pence half penny Roger Brooke eighteen pounds, nineteen
shillings and seven pence half penny and also William Kilgour
thirty six pounds, seventeen shillings and eight pence specie
agreeable to the " Act to adjust the Debts due from this State "
per Certifs passed by the Depy
Audr
That the Armourer deliver to Lieut Lavascher one Cutlass, to
be returned, or accounted for. That the Commissary of Stores
deliver to Lieut. Nicholas Mangers of the 4th Regiment
two yards russia Duck and also to John Bryan late a soldier in
the Extra Regiment a suit of Cloaths Complete, one hat, one pair
Shoes one pair Stockings and two shirts.
