A man named Stephen L. Clute was found dead at the Mansion House in West Denver yesterday morning. He was in the city about two weeks, coming from Union, Oregon, to be cured of consumption It seems he was in straitened circumstances, having gained permission to enter the Poor House as a patient, but the day previous, whither he was to have been removed yesterday afternoon. Coroner Linton was summoned and concluded that an inquest was not necessary. Friends of the deceased were communicated with.
