Confirmation granted at Banff, 27 November, to Hugh Laing Cheyne, Merchant, and Forbes Cheyne, retired Officer of Customs and Excise,Clevelands, Glenburn Road, Bearsden, Glasgow, Executors nominated in Will or Deed, dated 26 June 1914, and recorded in Court Books of Commissariot of Banff, 27 November 1917. Value of Estate £206, 17s. 6d".12
Hugh Laing Cheyne and Forbes Cheyne was granted the probate of the estate of the deceased, Mary Jane Cheyne, 10 December 1917. The will of Mary Jane Cheyne was proved 10 December 1917.
