The following is a transcription from the Register of Baptisms, Parish of Peterhead, 1833-1854, Page 419, "August 15th (1854) William Clark (3091), Labourer, Berryden and Elspet Cheyne (950), his wife, had a son born 8th, baptized and named Hugh (3376) before Arthur Boyes (3093) and William Lucas (4951).".3
