Witnefses William Cheine (752) & Allex'r Gray both in Cairnbanno.”.1
The baptismal record of Barbra Barnet documented Robert Barnet as her father, 8 June 1702, at Slacks, in New Deer Parish, Aberdeen, Scotland. The following is a transcription from the Register of Baptisms, Parish of New Deer, 1684-1726, Page 115, "June 8: 1702 The sd day Robert Barnet (4589) in Slacks had a daughter bought forth by his wife (4590) & was baptized the 11 of May named Barbra (4591), her Godmothers Ifsabel Urquhart (760) in Corbfhill, Barbra Lindsay in Slacks, Godfathers Alex'r Chyne (756) & Gilbert Henderfon (4586) both in Corbfhill”.2
