Dun (3175) in Whytebog had a Son brought forth by his wife Elizabeth Chyne (3173) & was baptized May: 16: named Alex'r (3176), Godfathers Alex'r Chyne (756) in Corbfhill & John Mathers (4608) in Culfh”.1
Elizabeth Cheyne and James Reid were witnesses at the Christening of Anna Milne, 27 June 1710, at Netherbrownhill, in Monquhitter Parish, Aberdeen, Scotland. The following is a transcription from the Register of Baptisms, Parish of Monquhitter, 1670-1771, Page 51 “June 27 (1710) Thomas Mill in Netherbrownhill had a daughter baptized named Anna Witnefses James Reid (4676) & Elizabeth Cheyne (3173) both in Netherbrownhill.".2
