Geo. CHIEN was found on the 1820 United States Census, at Georgetown Township, Scott, Kentucky, USA. This George was not found on any subsequent census. The 1820 US Census listed only the name of the head of household. It also provided the number of persons within each household in age and sex categories. George's entry listed two males under ten, one male from 26 to 45 years, one male over 45 (George), three females 16 to 25, and one female 26 to 45. It also listed one person employed in agriculture. It also listed one slave, male, under 10 years of age.1
