He and sons Jacob, Johannes, and martin came from Alsace to Pennsylvania possibly as early as 1708, but definitely by 1712. They settled in Roxborough, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1712, then moved to Chester (now Lancaster) County, Pennsylvania about 1715.
Will
Ulrich is said to have left a will as recently as the 1810s, but since lost, that bequeathed land in Philadelphia (now Montgomery County, Pennsylvania to his son Jacob.
