Johannes Westbrook served as a Trustee at Kingston, N.Y. 1694. He is one of the six white founders of Minisink Village. (Wantage recorder, Dec. 22 and 29, 1911). He took the oath of allegiance in Ulster County, N.Y., September 1, 1689.
