Captain Rudd represented Windham in the General Assembly at the regular sessions of October 1754, May 1760, October 1762, and May 1754 and at the special sittings of January and March 1755 and march 1762.
89In October, 1745, he was appointed Ensign of the Second Company of Train band of Windham, and in October 1750, he received his commission as Lieutenant. In May 1757, he became the Captain of the First Company of the Fifth Regiment of the Colony.
