From England to Saybrook, CT, 1659, later a founder of Norwich, and at Windham, 1693. Married 1666, Mary (1648-1726), daughter of Jonathan Rudd, of New Haven, CT.1

In Windham, Mr. Bingham became a deacon of the First Church, December 10, 1700, and retained the office until his death in 1730.89

Thomas and his mother had arrived in CT colony and lived in Saybrook by 1659. In that year, Thomas was assigned a house lot in the new settlement of Norwich, although the list of original proprietors was reconstructed and recorded in 1692, thirty-three years after the fact.1
