Sutter County Clerk's Office
- Birth records
- Available from 1873 - present for $13.00 per copy. Please include date of request, full name of person, date and place of birth, mother's and father's names, your relationship to the person, your name & address and your requestor's signature, a SASE, and a money order to cover the costs.
- Death records
- Available from 1873 - present for $9.00 per copy. Please include date of request, full name of person, date and place of death, your relationship to the person, your name & address and your requestor's signature, a SASE, and a money order to cover the costs.
- Land records
- Available from 1849 - Present. The Clerk's office charges 50 cents per name per year for the search. Please send adequate information to aid them, a SASE, and a money order to cover the costs.
- Marriage records
- Available from 1850 - present for $13.00 per copy. Please include date of request, full name of persons, date and place of marriage, your relationship to the person, your name & address and your requestor's signature, a SASE, and a money order to cover the costs.
