James Buckley quit claim to James McFerson and George Caldwell, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, 19 March 1736, Deed Book B:287

Know all men by these presents the I James Buckley

late of the Township of Fallowfield and County of Chester in the

Province of Pensylvania Miller have Remised released & forever Quit

claimed and by these presents do for me my Executor & administrator

Remise release and Quit claim Unto James McFerson & George

Caldwell of the Township of Drumore in the County of Lancaster

and Province afore'd Yeoman & to their and each of their Executors

and Administrators all and all Manner of Action and Actions

cause & causes of action and actions, Suits, Bills, Bonds Specially

Obligations, Debts dues, duties, Reckning Sum & Sums of Money

Judgments Executions damages and demands Whatsoever

particularly one Obligation Wherein they the said James

McFerson and George Caldwell were held and firmly bound unto

me the said James Buckley in the Sum of Twenty pounds

bearing date on or about the Nineteenth Day of March anno

Dom: 1736 With a Condition Under Written for the payment

of Tenn pounds like money with Interest on the Sixteenth

Day of November then next ensuing which against them the said

Johns McFerson and George Caldwell or either of them Two

had now have or which I my heirs Executors or admrs shall

or may have claim challenge or demand for or by reason of

any act Matter cause or thing Whatsoever from the begin

ning of the World to the Day of the date of these presents In

Witness whereof the said James Buckly have hereunto affixed

my hand & Seal the firs Day of May in the year of our Lord one
