I am looking for information about Henry William Reinwald or his wife Elizabeth Wilbur. I know they were in Laird Saskatchewan Oct 19, 1915 as this is when my grandmother, his daughter Luetta Edith was born. I believe that his brother Edward Henry Reinwald lived in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan until his death. Henry's parents are John and Katharine Reinwald. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!
My name is Carole Lefler and I am presently involved with the research of my husband's side of the family. The surname that I am researching is Charles Whitford, born 1838 in the Red River Settlement and he was the son of Peter Whitford and Christiana Spence, they were in the Prince Albert area. If you know of anyone doing such research please pass my name on to them I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.

Carole

Hello, I'm looking for information on Elizabeth Blackburn and William Thomas Wallis, who were married in Regina or possibly Lloydminster sometime between 1900 and 1907. Elizabeth had emigrated from England (region not known) with her sister Alice, brother Thomas and mother (name not known) around 1900. William Wallis emigrated from the London area at about the same time. They are known to have lived also in Moose Jaw. Alice married a John Christie in Regina or Lloydminster during the same period.

Alice Christie and Thomas Blackburn later lived in Victoria.

Elizabeth and Thomas Wallis had a son, Robert Neale Wallis, and a daughter, who died in infancy, Daisy Darwin Wallis.

If anyone has any information, I would most appreciate hearing from you. I am particularly interested in finding out what region of England the Blackburns emigrated from.

Thank you in advance,

Liz Wallis

I have just heard lately that some of my Taylor ancestors left Bruce County, Ont. and settled in Unity and Biggar, Sask., and some settled in Fargo, N.D. Their families were originally from Kilcalmonell Parish, Argyllshire, Sct. and came to Canada in 1851. Anyone have any family history that matches"

I am researching the surnames BRINTNELL. My great-uncle Matthew Brintnell went to Sask. early in the 20's I think, I know that he worked for the railroad. He and his wife, Orpha had at least 2 sons named Truman and
Russell. I would really be happy for any help with this.

Thanks.

My grandparents had a homestead in Torch River, which is a short distance from Nipawin. My relatives still own the original homestead. They now live in Nipawin.

Thanks,
Randy
