Programs
Unless otherwise noted, regular Regina Branch meetings are held
on the fourth Tuesday of the month from September through May.
Location is the SGS provincial library,
Room 110, 1514-11th Ave at St. John Street, three blocks east of Broad.
The library is on ground level and is wheelchair accessible.
Doors open at 6:30 PM for library access.
At 7:00 we have an informal sharing of information followed by a program.

The Branch program committee consists of Renae Grubb and Elaine Noble.

October 24, 2017 - How to Scan & Organize Photos - Wanda MacDonald

Wanda MacDonald is an Independent Consultant at YGY Photo - formerly Heritage Makers and Our Memories for Life www.heritagemakers.com. Wanda will share how to “Incorporate technology to make it work FOR us”. Using digitization, easy-to-use design and editing programs and must-have back up and cloud storage, we will navigate the challenge of taking our photos and memorabilia from forgotten to Fabulous!

Wanda’s contest at the Tuesday, October 24 meeting:
Attendees are welcome to bring a packet of photos and a memory stick with them. You can bring 30 or so photos (wiped front and back for dust) and no bigger than 8.5x11.

Wanda will draw one name and use that one person’s photos to demonstrate the FastFoto scanner.

It will be a fun evening with Wanda; she has such a bubbly personality!

This meeting will be in the SGS Provincial Library, Room 110 at 1514 - 11th Avenue, and begins at 7:00 PM.
Future Regina Branch Events
November 28, 2017 - Supper, AGM & SGS Update

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Whitmore Park United Church, 336 Durham Drive, in the blue room downstairs to the right. This is the same room as a couple of years ago. An elevator is available. The doors will be open at 6:00pm, pot luck supper is at 6:30pm, with 7:00pm AGM meeting, followed by a 10-15 minute SGS update. We are looking for members to join our executive.
